Draft2Digital is committed to our promise that any payments we receive on your behalf will be processed and delivered to you by the payment method you have selected, no later than the 15th of the following month. This has been our payment policy from the beginning, and it has not changed.
We can only apply payments that we have received from our distributors. We have no direct control over when our distributors apply funds, but once those funds are applied we do ensure that they are sent to you no later than the 15th of the following month.
The 15th of the month is your official pay date. There is no guarantee that payments will be made on dates prior to the 15th. If you are dependent on these funds, we ask that you adjust any accounting, bill payment, or other fund transfers according to this policy, and behave for all practical purposes as if you will not be paid funds until the 15th of the month. Please keep in mind that we work with many types of payment options to disburse payments to you and the processing time frames are not considered in this statement. Receiving your payment may take additional time to process due to bank or service specific processing time frames and procedures, which are out of our control.
