Can I Have Someone on Staff Disable my 2FA?

You will need to fill out a support ticket through the Contact Us form on the Draft2Digital website. Once you receive a response from our support staff, you will need to verify your identity.

Once we can verify you as the owner of the account you want to access, we will be happy to reset the 2FA on our end and send you further instructions on how to proceed.
