The software we recommend you download and install on your computer in order to view an epub file is Adobe Digital Editions, which you can get here:
This is a free software, and is used on most e-reading devices to render the epub files. Because of that, we find it gives the most accurate rendering of your epub file without having to try it on every different type of device.
Just having this software (Adobe Digital Editions) downloaded on your computer will not cause the epub file you download from our site to automatically open in this software.
Take these steps to open an epub in Adobe Digital Editions:
- Download the epub file from Draft2Digital.
- Open ADE on your computer.
- In the upper-left corner of the ADE screen, click on the word File, and then slide down to Add to Library.
Example UI showing Adobe Digital Editions "Add to Library" menu option. - Select the epub you downloaded from Draft2Digital to add it to your ADE library.
- You will see the file pop-up on the right side of your screen. Double-click to open and preview.
