Yes, you can authorize another Draft2Digital account to create, view, edit, delete, or assist in price changes for books. To get started, activate this option under Account > Advanced User Options > Enable Account Sharing. Once checked, you will be able to add users to gain limited access to your account.
At this time, we allow Shared Management users to access sales data and/or manage your book projects, at the discretion of the account holder. If you'd like a video tour feel free to check out our feature release video on YouTube.
If you are a Smashwords migrated account and you have multiple Draft2Digital Accounts, Account Sharing is the best way to handle all your accounts without having to log in and log out constantly. Until we finish developing account merger tools, we suggest you allow account sharing between your accounts.

To Access your Account sharing options, go to your Account page from the top navigation. Once there, find Account Sharing.

At this time, Draft2Digital only offers account sharing to other Draft2Digital account owners. You'll need to type in the email address of the Draft2Digital account you want to share your account with.
