To enable Account Sharing with an authorized user...
Step 1: Go to your ACCOUNT and slide down to select ADVANCED USER OPTIONS. Account will be in the upper left portion of your D2D Dashboard

Next look for the option under ADVANCED USER OPTIONS to "Enable Account Sharing". It should be the 5th option down. Click to turn that option on and next click
SAVE.

Now, when you view your ACCOUNT OPTIONS, you'll see ACCOUNT SHARING as a tool.

You'll see the option to ADD A NEW USER. Once added, you can revoke the users access at any time. You'll need to include the email address used by your virtual assistant/editor in the email address field and you will click allow them access to Sales Data (if you want them to have access to your sales reports), click to allow them access to Book Management tools (if you want them to have such access), and then finally click to confirm the Term of Service for account sharing. Then click SHARE MY ACCOUNT.

Moving forward, let your account sharer know that when they go to Draft2Digital.com and log in, then directly above the MY BOOKS button in the navigation header (in the upper right portion of the screen) they will have a drop down menu of names to select from.
On log in, the default account will be their own account, but they can click their own name to see other options in a drop down for accounts that have been shared with them.
The drop down selection looks like this:
