When you use our Contact Us form, it automatically creates a help ticket in our system that's linked to your specific account. This allows our support team to keep track of your inquiry and any related information, ensuring we can provide you with consistent and personalized support. Our form is designed to collect the details we need to be able to best help you. Plus, it gives you the option to upload images or provide more specific information upfront, which can be super helpful in getting to the bottom of things quickly.
Here's how to reach out using our Contact Us form:
Find the Contact Us Link: In the main navigation menu at the top of the page, click the Contact Us text and from that page click the "Contact Us" button on the right. Or you can click this link to go there directly (will open in a new tab).
Fill Out the Form: Once you click the link, you'll be taken to a simple form. We'll ask for a few key details, like your preferred method of contact and a brief description of your issue. We just need the essentials to understand your request.
Tell Us about more than one issue (Optional): By clicking the "ADD ANOTHER" button, you can add another issue to this help request. You'll also have the opportunity to provide more specific details in a larger text box labeled "Message". The more information you can give us here, the better we can understand your needs right away.

This can be incredibly helpful for us in diagnosing and resolving your issue. For that, you'll want to click the "BROWSE COMPUTER TO ADD IMAGE/DOCUMENT" button. This will open an explorer window to the files on your computer. We accept JPG, PNG, GIF, TIF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, EPUB, RTF, and PDF files types.

What Happens Next?
Once you submit your form, your inquiry will be sent directly to our author support team. We'll review your message and get back to you as quickly as possible.
