Apple iBooks does not offer free coupon codes for digital audiobooks. This policy differs from that of ebooks, where authors have the option to generate promotional codes. Draft2Digital has not been made aware of any plans to eventually offer this, but at least for now, they've elected not to do so.
If you have an Apple device, you can purchase and listen to the entire audiobook through the Apple Books app. Alternatively, Apple Books makes a 5-minute sample available for free on their site, and that sample should work on all devices.
